Entrance
Access is through an age-old portico that opens onto a beautiful private courtyard embellished by a well head dating back to 14th century, strictly kept in its original version. From there, via an outside staircase, you reach the reception floor.
Once the front door is opened, the last bastion of a daily routine, the guest enters into a new space-time dimension of history and magic.
Common rooms
On the ground floor there is a spacious and cosy reading room with brochures, maps and guide books of Venice. This is the ideal place where to prepare the visit to the city or to relax after returning from a day exploring Venice. Free wi-fi is available in our reading room, as in all the areas of our facility.
Breakfast room
Located on the second floor of the building. Every morning our guests can start the day off on the right foot and enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast in a bright, elegant environment. The buffet includes fruit juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, bread to toast and different types of rolls, freshly baked croissants, Nutella, jams and honey, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses.
Reception
The bright and spacious reception area is located on the main floor and full of period details such as typical Venetian floors, high ceilings with original wooden beams and a beautiful exposed brick wall. The reception has an elegant mullioned window overlooking the internal courtyard. Here our all female staff will be happy to welcome you and give you all the information you need. On your arrival you will be given a free map of the city, very useful item for visiting Venice.
